Grant NHS workers an extra 5 days annual leave entitlement on their allowance
Increase the annual leave entitlement for NHS staff to an additional 5 days or 37.5 hours or as pro rata equivalent on top of their current allocation.
As the government repeatedly states that they are unable to endorse a pay rise for nhs staff as we have only just received one and are unable to find the funds to increase pay again.
Currently the NHS is enduring a staffing crisis and is struggling to attract new workers to the proffesion for all parts of the NHS not just nursing and by offering an attractive annual leave entitlement may result in more people pursuing a career within the Nhs
