Extend the deadline of the Stamp Duty holiday from 31st March 2021 to 30th September 2021
We have been in lockdown for 2020 & now 2021.The housing marking is normally buoyant through the year has suffered significantly. Many people want to either buy their first home or move home to a bigger or smaller home.The lockdown restrictions mean viewing properties can only be carried out online which is not ideal when spending such a large amount of money.The ability to find & agree a purchase & be able to complete by 31st March 2021 is unachievable with constraints currently in place.
