To bring a prison sentence to dog thefts and violent dog snatching
Bring in a law for heavy fines and prison sentences for all the thieves stealing dogs even mugging people to take there dog this crime is rising as fast as a virus it needs stamping out its cruel some of these dogs are companions to old sick and lonely people some are service dogs d
Thieves are stealing dog to sell at radicals prices so innocent families lose there beloved pet that they paid a lot of money for it's all out of control the law needs to do something now a slap on the wrist is not good enough the soft law effect is not working
