Implement robust data protection regulations in the UK and for UK citizens
Strategise and implement fair and robust data protection regulation in the UK now that UK citizens are not protected by EU regulation e.g. Facebook treating UK customers data the same as US constomers rather than EU customers now.
UK Citizens now have less privacy and data protection since we have left the EU. With the freedom to formulate our own rules there is an opportunity to come up with world class data protection and privacy laws for UK citizens and show other countries the right way to move forward.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about data protection, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
