Exclude individual motorcyclists from Coronavirus travel restrictions, providing the purpose of the journey is for health/mental wellbeing and not for social purposes.
Rideing a motorcycle is a self isolated form of transport, and for many is their only way of staying in control of their mental well-being and more so now than ever.
