Ensure grant funding is awarded instead of loans to Non-League clubs
To ensure that Non-League teams who have been dealt a significant loss of income during the pandemic are given grant funding rather than loans in the Sport Winter Survival Package.
Due to the losses in income with lack of crowds and sponsorship deals falling through a lot of Non-League teams have struggled to make ends meet, while loans can be appreciated they only delay the significant shortfall in funding that teams have, grant funding is required.
