Make trespassing a law for Scotland's farms, to make it off limits to public.
I wish for the government to make it law that the public cannot enter farms in Scotland, I wish you to change it so that farmers are legally allowed to lock their gates to nit allow public onto their land as crops are being damaged and livestock is being killed by careless public going through farms
By making a new trespassing law, it will benefit farmers in the fact that their crops won't be trampled, their animals won't be killed by dogs and won't be killed by people feeding them food that is dangerous for them as well as dropping little and leaving dog mess which can cause further issues for livestock and farmworkers.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Powers relating to land access rights in Scotland are devolved to the Scottish Parliament, so is not a matter for the UK Government or Parliament: www.gov.scot/policies/landscape-and-outdoor-access/public-access-to-land/.
You could start a petition to the Scottish Parliament on this issue, if you wished. You can find out how to do this here: www.parliament.scot/gettinginvolved/petitions/index.aspx.
