Raise sick pay to minimum wage
Raise the amount paid when on sick to at least the minimum wage, employees should at least get minimum wage whilst if sick with employers asked to sign up to a scheme to pay employees fairly
Discus and see if the payments can be increased and make it a “good employer scheme” to pay minimum wage at least to all employees not just staff
