Extend theory test certificate expiry dates due to covid 19.
Due to covid 19 I think theory test certificates should be extended so that when lockdown finishes there won't be people having to resit their tests and back ups happening for theory tests and practical tests.
There are a lot of people in the same situation. The back up of tests would be horrendous.
