Petition Action

The UK Government should not fine parents for taking children on holiday.

Petition Details

When the UK finally gets back to some kind of normality from Covid and the restrictions it’s caused, let families go on holiday, without fining the parent or parents if they take their child / children out of school, because of the impact on families during this unprecedented time.

Additional Information

I believe the UK government should temporarily suspend fines if a parent or parents take their child / children out of school for a family holiday to recover and or get over this very difficult and unprecedented time, the Uk has experienced since February 2020.
