flood defences
spend the 8.9 billion for the lower thames crossing on flood defences in the North off england
the lower thames crossing is a waste off money you could ease Dartford crossing with a new bridge for half the money and there is a lot less traffick on the road.
also give business a tax incentive to let employees work from home to reduce carbon emisions
