early release for prisoners due to pandemic in accordance to their mental health
To release prisoners who are coming up for parole to help ease pressure on the prison service and help with mental issues with not being able to see family and loved ones.
For the fact they are In cells for 23.30 hours a day and alot of prisoners are finding it extremely difficult.
We would like early release of prisoners that are within their last 6/9mths of their sentence.
Released on tag and there for making things easier on the prison service and prisoners mental state.
This should apply to anyone who has been in prison during covid.
Exception on those who are an extreme threat to society.
