New national bank holiday to mark the end of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Declare a new national bank holiday in the UK to mark the end of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The bank holiday should only be implemented once the UK government has declared that pandemic is over.
The country has suffered a lot over the last year, with the loss of friends and family. Key workers across the UK have gone above and beyond to see us through a national disaster.
We have been separated from our loved ones for such an extended period of time, it has been detrimental to many peoples mental health.
This will allow the country a time to remember those that were lost, spend time with the ones that are still with us and celebrate the day that the pandemic official ended.
