Change the way wages are pegged against CPI ,or rpi .
People do not have enough money to live on in the private sector and public sector and so wages need to be pegged against prices so wages are more than what stuff costs to create more GDP growth,in public sector and private sector /economy .
Debate the issue instead of relying on quantity easying ,and in prove peoples lives around the UK and make it so by pushing wages up people have more money in the pockets to spend in the economy.
