Restart the school academic year
For government to increase the school starting age, or give current students the opportunity to retake the current school year, or both.
Children have missed out on school and nursery time due to the lasting impact of covid-19 which we have been living with for almost a whole year. Nursery children will not be ready to start school in September due to nursery closures/ covid restrictions and lockdown and missing out on normal childhood and relationships.
