Introduce a better benefits system where workers have better lives than scroungers

Additional Information

The government needs to acknowledge that because the benefits system is an easy option out of working they should change it for the better, if the benefit scroungers were working it would benefit everyone. There are many ways to discourage it but nothing being done, that has to stop now.
