Petition Action

Give medallic recognition to all NHS staff involved in the coronavirus pandemic.

Petition Details

The government to show gratitude to the NHS frontline staff rather than offer a financial bonus, which would cost the government millions. A medal and a ribbon that could be worn with honour on their uniform day in day out.

Additional Information

As we are all aware without the support of the NHS during this pandemic we wouldn't be in such a good place with vaccines and survival rates etc. The physical and mental stress is very much similar to that of a war zone during these testing times. A medal is worn with pride and a holds the memory of the highs and lows to look back upon whether that's with friends or grandchildren in the future.
