Make leaving dogs unattended outside shops illegal

Petition Details

Establish fines and/or other legal penalties for owners of dogs who leave their dog unattended outside shops whilst they do their shopping.

Additional Information

Dog theft is on the rise with the cost of dogs going up since lockdown. There is also the issue of dog fighting and dogs are stolen for bait.
