We want the Govt to explain why no SUPERMAJORITY was set for the EU Referendum.
We want to know why govt did not agree that the EU referendum should have a super-maj or a devolution lock and at what point did the referendum become mandatory without them?
We want it to answer factually the points raised in the attached letter to Michael Gove about corruption in the referendum.
David Lidington rejected a super-maj because the ref was advisory. (Confirmed by the Supreme Court and in Briefing Paper on the Bill)
The status of the ref is further called into question by corruption, as set out in the attached letter
