More training needed
There needs to be change , there are to many death rates from suicide or attempts individuals trying to commit suicide then sent home with no plans in place , individuals need to be able to access a wide variety of support that’s suits them and there needs , by making individuals believe they have a supported plan for there needs the likely hood of them trying to commit suicide might be lower and also individuals will start to trust mental health services and then become a lower risk to harm and vulnerability.
