Rebate the difference to persons affected by the ethnic and gender pay gap.
I would like the goverment to rebate the ethnic minorities and females the difference for those who have had a work history in proffesional services who were in receipt of unequal pay due to ethnic and gender pay gap.Our pay affects NI contributions which inturn affects our pension.
I would like the goverment to do this. As for generations ethic and female employees of large organisations have been paid substantially less and offered the lowest roles.Our pay ulitmatley affects our state pension and its unethical that ethic and female persons will receive less at pensionable age regardless of having a sustained work history.
