Raise littering fines to encourage people to use the bins provided.
Raise the current littering fines to a substantial sum. This will make people think twice before throwing litter from car windows or not using the provided bins when out walking.
To help the natural environment, help protect wildlife from pollution and to make the towns and countryside a more healthy and beeter place to be.
