Pay Nursery staff full wages if they test positive for corona virus
Employers must pay full wages to staff who contract corona virus.
I would like the government to protect nursery staff income when they test positive for corona virus and have to self isolate at home.
Nursery workers faces financial hardship when they receive a positive test result.
Early years practitioners already feel undervalued as they were not given the choice to stay at home during the latest lockdown.
They work for little pay as the early years sector pays the poorest salaries to their staff members.
Staff members who contract covid does not get their full wages which brings financial hardship and stress.
Nursery staff who contract covid feels they have to go back into work before they have fully recovered because they worry about their income.
