Prison sentences to be reduced by10% due to punishment levels of confinement.
Allow 10% of sentence in line with lower sentences given to offenders during the pandemic.
With punishment levels of isolation since March, many prisoners are mentally and physically at dangerous levels of health. Many of these people already suffer from mental health issues. As a punishment 42days is a maximum allowed given .10 months and still 23hr bang up .We should give theses people a glimmer of hope and reduce sentences by 10% inline with sentences given during the pandemic. After all these people need to be shown that compliance is rewarded.
