Don't fine parents taking children out of school for holidays that were booked before the rule changes introduced in September 2013
Since September parents are fined for taking children out of school for holidays in term time. This is unfair for parents who had holidays booked before this change was introduced. This petition is to ask ther government to only apply fines for holidays booked since September 1 2013 if this practice it to continue.
