06 March - covid 19 pandemic memorial day in the UK
06 March 2020 was the first day that a covid19 death was recorded in the UK.
This day should be a memorial day each year, marked by a 2 minute silence at 10 am to remember lives lost and to thank members of the front line in the NHS that saved lives and other key workers that kept the country going during the pandemic.
The pandemic resulted in a major loss of life in the UK and all over the world.
A day set aside to remember those who lost their lives and fitting tribute to the NHS frontline staff and other key workers during the pandemic
