20mph for Caversham and Reading Bridges

Additional Information

The Reading Green Party are calling for safety on our roads and to implement the need for 20mph on both the Caversham Bridge and Reading Bridges in Reading. With accident recently and these bridges are heavy used, 20mph called for to reduce accidents.
