Additional Information

Scale all public sector higher management pay from the PM's salary downward, this shoud be a pre-set sliding scale & not down to the whims of local council, all 'golden' payments coming into or leaving office should cease.

All public sector pensions should mirror that offered in similar jobs in the private sector.
