Make the House of Lords more representative of younger people
The Government should reduce the age of membership for the House of Lords to eighteen (in line with the House of Commons and the franchise age for voting and representation in other elections) and appoint some peers aged 18-20 to represent young people.
The House of Lord helps to shape Government policy yet fails to represent a large portion of the population.
