To allow people to take there theory at home
Allow people to take there car theory test at home whilst being supervised by an invigilator who will have access to your screen and your webcam so they can see you aren’t cheating.
I’ve had my theory cancelled 3 times now and all I want to do is pass so when it comes to the lockdown being eased I can start my lessons.
