Overseas call centres and cold calling

Additional Information

Make it illegal for companies operating in the U.K. to use overseas call centres to circumvent limitations on cold calling which apply to UK generated calls. Also make it illegal to use cold calling which presumes to know details of the target's financial, personal or social details which are often false.
