Provide pain relief to fetuses for second trimester abortions.
Research shows that fetuses feel pain from as early as 12 weeks gestation.
End unnecessary pain and suffering for unborn babies aborted in the second trimester by making pain relief mandatory for all abortions.
Change the law to stop the inhumane and barbaric practice of aborting live fetuses in the womb by way of surgical procedure involving dismemberment with no pain relief in place for the fetus.
