Extend the amount of time theory test certification is valid for due to COVID
To extend the theory test certification because of the hold back from COVID where people haven’t been able to take tests in the time frame of their theory test.
Extend the time certification is valid to atleast another 6 months to give time for people learning to drive to catch back up or to get their test rebooked from cancellations
