Pay rise for all key workers (shop staff, nursery, schools)
All key workers should be allowed a pay rise, they’re putting themselves at risk for the well-being of others.
NHS staff, it’s their job to be at risk and look after people who are unwell.
However other key workers such as staff at shops or nurseries or teachers, are still working and at risk.
It isn’t fair, some nurseries are on minimum wages, and they’re at risk, looking after young children and babies whilst parents (other key workers). The pay isn’t acceptable anymore.
