Award the NHS the "George Cross" our highest civilian honour.
To show the countries gratitude to the NHS. For their hard work and sacrifice, during the Covid pandemic. Can they, as an entity be awarded the "George Cross", our countries highest civilian honour, as the population of Malta was during World War II
We need to say thank you, in a way that will never be forgotten. To show our gratitude as a nation
