Introduce a new extra driving test before you are allowed to drive on motorways
Reading other petitions on this web site has prompted me to consider how selfish and ignorant some drivers are about correct Motorway driving procedures and safety.
The current system of driving restrictions on Learner drivers prevents them getting professional lessons and practice driving on motorways before they pass a driving test.
Please make "Pass Plus" compulsory. and forbid New drivers from driving on motorways until they have passed a motorway driving test.
