Priorities school staff for Covid 19 vaccinations
Include all people working in schools in the priority list for the Covid 19 vaccination to include teaching, non teaching and support staff in schools.
Children all over the country are missing out on vital education and essential social and emotional support. Parents mental health is at an all time low. Teaching staff and unions fear for their safety. In the same way as NHS staff, teaching staff are a vulnerable (to covid) sector & 'essential' not only in the fight against Covid but also in maintaining children's development, supporting families and the economy. Getting kids back to school has to be a priority as does protecting our school staff. They must be prioritised for the vaccine to in order to do this.
