Force telecommunications companies to actively prevent scam telephone calls
Pass legislation to force telecom firms to implement technologies to prevent and detect scam call centres and automated fishing systems many of which use fake generated numbers.
The impact of these calls in elderly and vulnerable people is appalling. This form of fraud is something that needs to be stopped.
