Police charities more effectively and give the charity comission more powers.

The number of fake charities has substantiatially risen. The charity comission needs more investigative powers into charities. The charities commissions CEO and Chair should be investigative experts such as fraud rather than ex-charity workers or political friends. It needs to be free of bias and accusations of bias.
