Ban dogs from agricultural land.
Ban dogs from agricultural land. They attack livestock and kill lambs. I have been threatened and attacked for telling dog owners to keep their dogs a a lead while on my land something needs to be done to protect land owners. The problem has got a lot worst during lock down. I have been threatened 3 times in the past two days alone.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The owners of dogs which attack or chase livestock, or which are 'at large' in a field or enclosure containing sheep, are already at risk of breaking the law under the terms of the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) Act 1953. You can read the Act here: www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Eliz2/1-2/28.
It is therefore not clear what it is you would like the Government to do. You could start a petition calling for a specified change to be made to this Act, if that is something you'd like to happen.
