Petition Action

Offer any surplus Covid-19 vaccine to poorer countries in the Commonwealth.

Petition Details

To offer surplus Covid-19 vaccines to smaller developing countries within the Commonwealth who may not enjoy the resources we as a richer developed country enjoy.

Additional Information

As a developed country with resources and infrastructure we have a moral obligation to help fight the pandemic globally and protect countries with strong links to the UK and help prevent global transmission. Historically we have benefitted from some of these smaller countries and in many ways they have contributed to our success and strength. At a time when some of these countries may be struggling financially to buy enough vaccine or secure supply we have a moral obligation to help
