Keep schools closed until Covid 19 is non-lethal, like the Isle of Man has shown
Prevent from opening schools on either the 22nd February and 8th March Due to COVID-19 and the new variants (South African variant) until R rate goes below 0.3 all across UK
This is so it prevents another lockdown occurring and more deaths spiking up on its thousands. Health and safety first!
Prevent the lockdown easing until R rate has gone below 0.4 at its max requirement to reopen schools and everything else. Close all borders to prevent further spread of the new variation.
Alternatively you could wait instead of the 8th of March two up to end of April in the hope that that the R rate does go below at least 0.5. Health and safety has been a number one priority let’s do it now and get over and done with so we don’t end up in another lockdown and thousands of more deaths.
