No cyclists on country roads at night

Additional Information

I would like to see cyclists banned from country roads at night due to the following simple points

Overtaking on dark roads is hazardous for us drivers and cyclists alike,cars are more likely to be out of view to overtaking vehicles especially when cyclists ride in pairs.

Visibility is reduced due to headlights at the rear of vehicles making overtaking more difficult and unsafe for both drivers and cyclists alike

A minority of cyclists are not suitably visible in the dark, making a collision more likely on unlit roads.
