Restart the current curriculum year this September.
We would like to the government to seriously consider restarting the current school year in September as the workload being sent out by schools is having a huge impact on children’s Mental Health which is unfair to them due to this pandemic.
Lots of children are having such a tough time with this
The government are the only people that have authority on this, rather than our children suffer more with mental health it would be reassuring to them that this huge issue can be delayed enabling them more time to get back to a classroom teaching environment which is what they all need! Most are suffering with adaptation of high school having hardly spent any time there as yet and now being bombarded with 30+ pieces of work a day! Education is important but Mental Health is much more important.
