Provide financial support to caravan owners in the pandemic
Offer financial support to people who own caravans as that have not had the privilege of receiving any grant yet still have to pay site fees, business rates and water rates in full.
Many caravan owners are in danger of losing their holiday homes due to the continued site fees despite the inability to rent out their holiday homes.
