Investigate whether journalists at the BBC ever hacked into people's phones etc.

Additional Information

The government has launced an investigation into the press but it should also launch an investigation into whether the BBC has hacked into phones/ Computers. After all Panorama has to get its information from somewhere. Maybe it involves the invasion of people's privacy.
