Companies that supply care work need to be registered to a governing body.
To have private care companies regulated if they are providing a service to the general public and vulnerable people.
Just like OFSTED for education. Companies should be registered to a governing bodies register for inspection on how the care is given to vulnerable people. Many companies that provide care are given money from the council to take care of the vulnerable whilst support workers and staff receive no specific training if incidents occur. Tax payers money goes towards no legitimate practise or training to care for our countries vulnerable citizens, the people who need one to one care.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Care Quality Commission already regulates treatment, care and support services for adults in care homes and in people's own homes (both personal and nursing care), in much the same way Ofsted regulates regulates schools and colleges.
