Extend Clare's Law to All

Additional Information

People entering a close relationship should be able to check if their partner is hiding a criminal record from them.
This may prevent abuse and even murders. It is particularly important if the applicant has children.
Existing plans are likely to make such checks available to women (Clare's Law) but they should be available to all.
Suitable safeguards against misuse of data should be maintained
