Change punishments for theft of pets, animals etc and abuse of animals.
Increase sentences for animal abuse and animal theft!
People are stealing pets, litters of puppies that are too young to be separated from their mom! Attacking people to steal a much loved pet! Breaking into homes to steal dogs!
