INTRODUCE A COMBINED UK HOME AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL COVID AND PANDEMIC VACCINATION PASSPORT BY THE AUTUMN OF 2021
THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO JUDGE THE RISK OF VIRAL INFECTION ARISING FROM ANY MEANS OF TRANSPORT BUT ALSO IN LOCATIONS AND ACTIVITIES THAT THEY ENCOUNTER EVERY DAY. ALL BUSINESSES OR ORGANISATIONS THAT INVOLVE LARGE GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY, WHETHER EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS SHOULD PROMINENTLY DISPLAY AT ALL ENTRANCES IF THEIR ENVIRONMENT IS AN OPEN ONE OR ACCESSIBLE ONLY TO THOSE SHOWING PASSPORTS AND TO REGULATE ACCESS ACCORDING TO THEIR STATEMENT
